What people are saying about Mornington Peninsula, Australia

Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs was the highlight of my Melbourne getaway. The hill top pool was the best but I enjoyed every other pool and sauna I was able to try. I have to say special thanks to Polly and Matt from Explore Australia for making my day. If it was them, this tour wouldn't have happened. Getyourguide let me book this tour for 26 April (Monday) and kept me in that belief that everything was alright. I even talked to them 2 days prior to the schedule departure about the possibility of cancellation (due to covid, many tours are not going ahead). They said everything was as planned, no problem. I haven't got any confirmation from the tour company though, so by Monday morning I was really nervous and worried about missing the tour. Called Explore Australia and they said they didn't have a booking for that day!! Thank God I had one more day in Melb, so Polly from the office reschedule my tour, can't be greatful enough for her. And Matt, the tour guide, he's just awesome.

The guide was lovely, picked us up from our hotel, was friendly and welcoming The peninsular springs are lovely, quite a big area, so helpful to have a plan if you’re keen to visit most areas. The towels were included, but they didn’t agree to change it when it was very wet, one would have to hire, I do think there should be towels free to take if your towels are very wet. Return trip was 11/2 hours after schedule, so maybe don’t make plans after the tour,

Lots of beautiful spots enjoy and pools to soak in. Staff are excellent, changing room are clean, keeping your stuff are easy and safe. A bit long queue at the Hill top pool since it's not too big. Might need to come on weekdays. Beautiful Melb views from the gondola. Staff are super friendly and gave great options. Met and talked with the friendly locals at Bathing Boxes those shared the history and other gem spots to explore around.

Explore Australia staff were very responsive and proactive in making sure my booking was good to go. The Hot Springs were busy but overall relaxing. I was able to get a space when I wanted one.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hot springs, and our tour guides were excellent.
