Staff were polite and flexible. I rescheduled twice because of some inconveniences. Tour was informative and inexpensive. One negative thing was they did not have individual headset for their guests to listen to the narration. They played the tape instead which was not helpful because everyone was talking and it was hard to hear everything

Great trip. The guide was wonderful and full of knowledge on the various sites. They must have fixed the speakers since the past reviews. If they could extend the exhaust pipes from motor to a higher height it would be an improvement. Boat was smooth and comfortable. Great trip !

I went with my Mom and the ride was very smooth. Please try the piña colada! It was soo good! I would have become an alcoholic from the drink! The only downside was the speaker, she was quite muffled and couldn't hear her most of the time. But it was really nice.

Very good experience. Enjoyed the trip very much. The only negative part was that someone was painting not far from where a few of us were sitting. So even with the wind, we could smell the fresh paint the entire time.

Great staff. They picked me up in a golf cart from the zipline exit and took me to my next destination when they noticed my disability.
