This was a great day. Massimo was an incredibly good guide for the day long excursion. Provided myself and my children so much in the way of historical and current context around what we saw and experienced, advice about what to spend time on, what not to waste time on and provided us space to explore alone and encounter the unexpected. The van was incredibly comfortable. Massimo even went above and beyond and helped us with dinner plans. He treated us like friends rather than clients. When we return to Italy we will use him again!

Fantastic tour particularly the fact the we had a very knowledgeable gentleman as our driver, Mr. Cristian Cestari. Throughout this private tour with a nice V-Series Mercedes and a great driver such as Cristian Cestari, we had a lovely day. Ring a Florentine, born and bred in Florence, was actually more than a guide for us and provided a lot of background information about Toscana and this tour.

As a group of family and friends, we really appreciated the transfer included in the price. The winery is a medium size with amazing wine and olive oil production. Our guide (Francesca) made the tour very interesting and created perfect atmosphere for such an occasion.

The driver Francesco was: Punctual. Informative. Professional. Patient. Good hygiene. Good driver. Accommodating. Polite. Good English. The car was clean and free from odours.

The activity was what we wanted. Alexander the driver speaks very good spanish and he helped us all the time.
