It was difficult to find initially. When we thought we were there, you have to continue up the hill and turn right to find the correct way in. There are a lot of steps and cobbles. It wasn’t quite as I expected, it is not in a vineyard, but in the centre of the town which is beautiful. The tasting was excellent, both wines and olive oil - such a shame we couldn’t buy more to bring home.

We had one guide to the pair of us which was fantastic - and he had a great knowledge of both the wine making process & the Ricci family which was fabulous. Substantial selection of meat & cheese after the tour, and the staff were very generous with the top ups. Would definitely recommend.

Bellissimo tour all'interno di questa cantina storica situata nel cuore di Montepulciano. Ron ha fatto un bel tour, coinvolgente, e ci ha fatto scoprire la storia di questa bellissima (e piccola cantina). Abbiamo proseguito con assaggi di 6 vini e un tagliere. Esperienza assolutamente da consigliare per chi passa per queste zone.
