There was a representative who was waiting for me at the desk who addressed me with my name. He was courteous and friendly. The wait was not long to be seated on the bus and we got frequent status updates while waiting. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The driver also gave us a little sightseeing on the way to the airport by pointing out historic places.

The service is very well priced and excellent. It is totally recommended! I would only point out that the information that is sent once the service is booked and the signage is improved to find them in a much simpler and organized way. When leaving the plane and looking for them, it was confusing to know which desk / company to look for and when I went to the airport to take the bus and go to kingston it was extremely difficult to locate them. From the airport they told me that they did not know the service and as the desk that had to be approached is inside the airport in the area where passengers arriving from a flight almost did not allow me to enter. That was difficult and made me nervous, but if they improved it it would be ideal.

A bit unorganized as we waited to see which van to go to, but I got a drink and took it easy! They put us in shuttles based on hotel location and then we waited for those passengers, which is what took so long. Not a big deal- just grab a drink at the bar and enjoy the fact that you’re in jamaica!
