1st trip, Montego to Negril, was in a small van that seemed new on the outside, but old, noisy, and beat-up on the inside. Driven very aggressively on a dangerous road. At least there was a seatbelt, although no headrest on seat. I felt much safer on the return trip in the large new full-size bus. Seats had belts and headrests, and the size of the bus made me feel much safer on that dangerous road.

We utilizes this to get to our Hotel because our hotel did not have a shuttle. I was skeptical initially, but my hotel was 7 miles down the road, and I didn't want to risk trying to get a taxi in a place I'd never been before. This was very safe, and work out perfect for us. No hassle and friendly people.

Great value! My family and I were taken to our resort in Negril from Montego Bay Airport, and also received a ride back to the airport the day of our departure. The shuttle was comfortable and the windows were wide and provided a good view for sightseeing. The ride was very quiet, no music, no talking, so everyone fell asleep. We wished the driver would have made some conversation and talked about some of the places we were passing, but it was understandable, as it’s a transportation to and from airport, not a tour guide, but it would have been nice lol :)
