Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Grand Teton Dusk Adventure
Your adventure begins on a gorgeous evening wildlife safari in Grand Teton National Park. Your afternoon will be filled with wildlife viewing in Grand Teton National Park. Bison, moose, bald eagles, pronghorn, coyotes, and mule deer are animals commonly seen during this portion of the tour. Keep your eyes open and cameras at the ready for possible bear sightings as well.
Night 1: Accommodation in Jackson Hole, Wyoming at The Lexington Hotel (or similar subject to availability)
Day 2: Grand Teton and Yellowstone Wildlife
Depart early from Jackson, Wyoming to explore more of Grand Teton National Park and then head into Yellowstone National Park and stop to observe more wildlife along the way. This will also be a day filled with history, park landmarks, and world-famous scenery. You will see Oxbow Bend, Yellowstone Lake, West Thumb Geyser Basin, Hayden Valley, and the Upper and Lower Falls of the Yellowstone River on this day. Then, end your day outside of Yellowstone's East entrance in Cody, Wyoming.
Night 2: Lodge accommodation in Cody, Wyoming (near East Yellowstone Entrance).
Day 3: Yellowstone National Park Wildlife and Scenic Upper Loop Adventure
On this day, you will spend the morning visiting the world-famous Buffalo Bill Center of the West Museum in Cody and then back into Yellowstone National Park via the northeast entrance. Spend the afternoon and evening wildlife viewing in the Upper Loop of Yellowstone National Park's Lamar Valley. Lamar Valley is known for its excellent wildlife viewing opportunities.
End the day going to Cooke City, Montana for the night.
Night 3: Lodge accommodation in Cooke City, Montana
Day 4: Hydrothermals, Wildlife Viewing, and Old Faithful
Spend the last day of touring focusing on Yellowstone's major hydrothermal features. You will have an opportunity to walk around the boardwalks at Fountain Paint Pots and Mud Pots and the world-famous Old Faithful Geyser. Guests will have time to explore and shop at The Old Faithful Inn as well before making your way back through Grand Teton National Park viewing wildlife and returning to Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
