I took a day trip with Get Your Guide from Malaga to Gibraltar. And we had a very patient, excellent driver and fantastic storytelling local guide (Chris?), which I can highly recommend. He also had a focus on the safety relating to the monkeys. But I do also suggest some changes to the set-tup. We were a small group (8-10 total) of which 4 hadn't read / understood the trip guidance, and showed up without no passport/ID, which delayed us at the border. This could have been avoided, if the driver had checked ID/passport-situation before leaving Malaga. Shouldn't be necessary, but.. 2 from that specific group also had challenges committing to the guide's instructions and were constantly late. This meant that we had to cancel our planned trip to the old city in Gibraltar due to timing. I know it is not Get Your Guide's fault, but yet made me change my way for the next trip (Ronda) - I went on my own.
Excellent in every way. We gave done many segway tours in cities all over the world and this 3 hour experience with Top Segway with Fedor as our guide was without doubt one of the best. He was prompt, professional and eager to please..... as evidenced by the photographs that he willingly took of us. He shared his excellent knowledge of the history and sights of the city of Malaga with us and even gave us recommendations of places to visit and where to eat. Professional throughout he gave us a fabulous and memorable experience.
This was a great experience. After a short explanation about the Segway in general an some basic rules for the ride we left. Our tourguide was Theodore and he knew a lot of cool facts about the history of the city and was really enthusiastic. He really took the time to answer all questions and helped our daughter when we had to cross the road. It was an amazing experience and Our daughter of 9 years old also really loved the trip. Thanks a lot Theodore!
The bus picked us up in Malaga. After a small breakfast we started the walking (a bit later then expected, because of the the long queues). Once you enter the route, you walk on our own, no guide. You already got some info in the bus and it’s very relaxing to be able to walk at your own pace. The bus trip back was quick (maybe because of the nap :) ) and we arrived back in Malaga by 14:45
It was my first time riding a segway and it was a great experience, its a fun way to explore Málaga and I would definitely recommend it!
