Before leaving for Guimarães, you will have a short break in the historic center of Braga, where you can enjoy a tasty, traditional lunch. Guimarães is where the first King of Portugal, D. Afonso Henriques, was born. The history of Guimarães is related to the foundation of the national identity and the Portuguese language.
