Knowledgeable guide. I was a little worried as the time to begin the tour was getting closer but I couldn't see the guide at the meet-up point. He did show up but I might have missed him if it wasn't for a lady pointing him out. The headsets were one ear only to allow you to hear him in person when he was close by. It did start to falter a bit at the end so I was straining to hear when we were up on the terraces. Apart from that, the tour was perfect. Stunning views across the piazza, great opportunities to soak in the atmosphere and a lot of cultural and historical information delivered with a sprinkle of humour.

Great selection to skip the line for the terraces. The trip included a historical navigation of the church, the archaeological site, and the rooftop terraces. The guide was knowledgeable about the various aspects of the duomo. The only critique I would is give is improving audio headset experience. Maybe it was the equipment and signal interference, but the audio quality was spotty at best.

I have a disability and uses a walking cane and she was very helpfull. It was a nice tour in a nice day, with a nice guide. Hazem Alkhawashki
