Full description

Your guide will meet you at the Central Station in Milan and in just 1-hour, you will reach Desenzano Del Garda. Desenzano is a attractive village and a popular bathing resort. Its historical, artistic and archaeological culture makes it is one of the most appreciated cities on the lake. After a tour of the city, your guide will escort you to the harbor to take a boat to Sirmione, a splendid peninsula in the midst of the lake, a little heaven to spend your time seeking natural and gastronomical treats. Here, you will have your free lunch and free time and after that spoil yourself with an ice cream tasting (typical gelato Italiano). Return by boat to Desenzano for some shopping and free time. When you will be ready, your guide will escort you to the station in order to get the train to Milan.

The trip to Lake Garda was wonderful! Our guide, Valeria was kind and caring and very informative. She gave us a great deal of flexibility in what we wanted to do. A 90n minute train ride from Milan Central Station brought us the lovely town of Desenzano on Lake Garda. After exploring the town we took the ferry to the island of Simione and explored the village and had a lovely lunch at the Guide Michelin-starred restaurant La Speranzina. I highly recommend this trip!
