• Pickup is only available from hotels located in Miami Beach between 1st Street and 75th Street along Collins Avenue and Washington Avenue • You must call to schedule your pickup (and confirm your hotel location and room number) at least 24 hours before the tour • Pickup times are scheduled up to 1.5 hour before the tour's start time • If you don't call, pickup will automatically be scheduled at the Holiday Inn hotel 340 Biscayne Boulevard at 10:10 AM or 2:10 PM depending on your booking time • Please be at the pickup point waiting for the bus 10 minutes before the pickup time
