Your full-day trip begins with a drive to Huejotzingo, where you’ll visit the Convent of San Miguel and learn about the various cultural origins of the Mexicans, including Spanish, Arabic, and Native American. Afterwards, you’ll explore the Cholula archaeological zone, home to the largest pyramid in the world. The tour continues to colonial Puebla, a cosmopolitan city that has preserved its traditions in its food, art, and culture. As you walk along the city’s beautiful streets, you’ll be drawn in by the splendid architecture of the city’s cathedral, the homes, museums, and other buildings decorated with tiles. Visit Puebla’s majestic cathedral, its main square, the Chapel of the Rosary, the Convent of Santa Monica. Stop at onyx and talavera ceramics factories.

The tour to Cholula and Puebla was great! However I wish we would have had more time for shopping in Cholula - we decided to climb the pyramid, and did not have any extra time. The tours were nice, but I feel like we wasted a lot of time waiting for the other guests and tourists to come back at the requested time.

It was really a very nice experience, however within the tour there is no visit to the convent of Sebastian de Aparicio, the body of the saint who died 400 years ago is in a glass urn, if you like to go on your own, the convent has a giant statue on the boulevard 5 de mayo (not very well known)

Nice tour but logistical problems

Especially Puebla is very interesting and nice - but the time there is too short. Partly because of bad luck with traffic (which is not the fault of the organiser obviously) but also because the departure is 1 hour later than announced as the bus waits for all people to arrive at the pickup point. Maybe better to just go there on your own and eventually get a local uide there.
