Full description
Get off the tourist path and closer to the local spirit, riding through the barrios and admiring the street art in contrasting areas: from Centro, Buenavista, and Doctores social and political protest art, to the hippest Roma-Juarez pop culture. Learn about the history and culture of Mexico City from a passionate local guide in English and Spanish. The walls of Mexico City reflect the Muralist movement’s evolution from museums into public space as an attempt to forge a connection between people and their community. Ride through the city at a pleasant pace, stopping to talk through passed landmarks and murals. Indulge in some local street food, perfect for everyone’s palate — with varying levels of spiciness, as well as vegan, gluten and dairy-free options.  Wind through the bustling streets of Mexico City's main district on a tour punctuated by fun facts and fascinating history. Discover gems of the city otherwise left unnoticed. Beginning and ending on the beautiful wide boulevard of Paseo de la Reforma, this 3-hour biking tour is a great way to orient yourself within the wonderful capital of Mexico.

The tour was great! The bikes were super comfortable and we felt very safe with two guides (one in the front and one in the back). We saw lots of interesting street art and heard the story behind it. The street food experience was limited to a stand that had very tasty food (price included). We would recommend this tour to anyone vacationing in Mexico City.
