What people are saying about Mexico City

The whole experience has seemed very good EXCEPT that the place where you check-in before taking the balloon and waiting is not equipped for the winter months. It is in the middle of the desert, more than 2000 meters high, in January at 5:30 am. It is terrifyingly cold and even if you wear warm clothes it is truly unbearable. There are 10 stoves outside, in the open, for people who smoke. It's truly horrible and everyone was complaining about it. Then breakfast at 9am same story. In a very beautiful patio in the open air where everyone is uncomfortable because of the horrible cold it is. For the rest, the pilot and the flight itself are very good, although I would prefer that they not ask for tips.

This was the best experience I had during my visit to CDMX. I love that they pick you up from your location. I registered separately from my group, but they still managed to put us all together. The ride was smooth and the views were wonderful.

The experience was excellent! Pick up was on time, coffee at the beginning was spot on, the pilot made us feel very safe, the champagne at the end of the flight was super nice and then a good breakfast to conclude. I recommend this experience

This tour does not come with a guided tour , I recommend you take one… this tour exceeded my expectations …

Great guide. If you haven’t done a hot air balloon before, you have to do it at least once.
