Had a really pleasant tour! As a female solo traveller I really enjoyed the service provided. The tour guide was really friendly and made sure to answer all questions even during his break when we were waiting for everyone else to come back to the bus. He took the time to elaborate and explain details about the monastery, their way of life and about the town. It was wonderful and felt very personal and he also takes great photographs! The train journey was long but it was worth it! :)

Very interesting visit, safe minibus and peaceful driving, super nice driver. Lively and exciting explanations. The road is very quiet and there is generally little to walk, be careful however one of the monasteries requires going up and down several old stairs, wear good shoes. The landscape is amazing. Dress warm (we had a bit of cold rain and wind). Explanations entirely in English (you must understand oral English very well though). The guide was very charming, which is a big bonus.

The guide and the driver were both really great : driving slower than Greek people in general while having quality informations from our guide. We were just 3 people on the tour, it was pretty safe! On the other hand, the guide was a bit fast speaking for me and the tour is quite short. We had 1 hour free time at the end of the tour ,before taking the train, but 1 hour is too much as there's no much to see in Kalabaka city.. I think it was pretty expensive because we didn't have wifi in the bus, we had to pay the train tickets (48€!) and the monasteries entrance fees (3€ each). In general, it was a nice tour to see the essential of Meteora, alongside great history infos.
