We had a wonderful morning with Val, Pame and their team of folks in the studio, market and tortillerias. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable, band the street food vendors cooked up such delicious treats for us! The market was fascinating - all the different fruits and veg and sheets of pork crackling! And then the experience of making our salsas, meat fillings and then the joys of wrapping up our tacos - a superb experience highly recommended.

It was an amazing hike! Excellent guide, a lot of historical knowledge. It adjusts to your rhythm. Highly recommended. We visited a house museum with priceless art. It allowed me to better appreciate and value Mexican culture.
