The tour itself is good, at least the part we got to join. Our guide was knowledgeable and funny, the tour itself was run on schedule, bus was comfortable and the parts we saw in Mahon, Punta Prima and Binibeca were stunning. Unfortunately the company that runs the tour are not well arranged when it comes to transportation to and from the event, despite offering multiple pickup points. We selected the hotel closest to us and were on the spot at 8:50 for a 9:00 pickup. Nobody showed, I had to call them at which stage they told me the bus was late. 9:45 I called for a second time, 15 minutes later they got back to me, sent a taxi out to us and told us we missed the boat tour which was the first part of the day. They gave us 'free' tickets to go on it some other time which we couldn't as we did not have more days left, the lady at the boat stand was left to deal with us and they told her they refused to refund us. The bus on the way back was late as well, leaving us waiting over 30 mins.
