Picked us up from our hostel right when they said they would, took us to the train station and mad sure we got on the correct train, spend an hour in Krakow before heading to Auschwitz, enough time to get a quick bite to eat then off to the tour where we had an excellent guide. The only part of the experience that wasn't great was having 3 hours from the time the tour ended until we had to catch the train back to Warsaw, but if it wasn't cold and rainy in Krakow it would have been much easier to find things to take up the time. 9verall great experience.

Very long day so pack snacks, all was organised for us which was great, shown exactly where the next meeting point was. Coach was comfortable. Auswitz itself was haunting, good experience though. Wear comfy shoes and wrap up as can be windy there.

What a brilliant experience… couldn’t ask for more off our driver Kris a gentleman and so nice.. he made sure we knew where we needed to go and showed us exactly enough for us to enjoy or trip couldn’t fault the experience…. 5*

Our driver picked us up at appointed time and place. She was professional, knowledgable, personable, and fun. We spent 16 hours with her and enjoyed ever minute. Highly recommend this service.

Guide and drivers were amazing but the price is too high (I made a comparison with the price of everything included and this is very very overrated). But lived the experience anyway
