It was a super nice trip right from the start, the only thing that ruined the whole thing is the fact that unfortunately the staff is cut back again and again. In this specific case, it means that two waitresses for THREE decks are simply not enough, and we had to wait 20 minutes for 2 cokes at lunch, although they apologized very friendly and pointed out the staffing level, which could be seen without this.

We got our own train tickets from Vienna to Krems which linked nicely with meeting the boat at Krems at 1pm for the afternoon sail. 3 course meal was top drawer and well presented with glass of complimentary wachau white wine . The air conditioning on board was set quite high, so it was very, very cold while eating! But you reacted well after you informed the staff and the air conditioning was switched off! The staff is a bit overwhelmed when serving the Ala Carte on the upper deck when many people order something! Otherwise everything was good!
