Being new to Melbourne, my husband and I had to find the location of the pier. (A big sign would have been helpful). We walked from Aurora Lane, on the day prior to our boat trip. We found your location, but the older man in your kiosk was rude & unhelpful and said that if we didn’t have our booking form with us he couldn’t check if our names were on your list. Not a good first impression. Fortunately, the following day, your crew were excellent & the trip in both directions was really enjoyable.

I bumped my head coming down the rear steps. We arrived early and were able to select a window seat beside an open window. The smoke haze in Melbourne unfortunately limited our views and we didn't see the West Gate Bridge at all. On another day I may have given you an excellent.

Whole journey from the beginning till the end was good with lots of running commentary from the Skipper. Skipper was very knowledgeable about Melbourne and it’s land marks, and of course had a good sense of humour too. Love the trip, and would recommend to my friends and colleagues as well.
