  • Full-Day Cruise to Ile aux Cerfs with BBQ Lunch Included

    1. Full-Day Cruise to Ile aux Cerfs with BBQ Lunch Included

Climb aboard the 45-foot catamaran "Island Hopper" and cruise from Pointe Jerome to the privately owned island of Ile aux Cerfs. Arrive at an amazing snorkeling spot to either swim in the calm waters or snorkel with the colorful reef fish. Soak up the glorious sun or simply relax away from the crowds. Then, enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch prepared and served by the friendly crew on board the boat. Get some free time to explore Ile aux Cerfs independently. Go for a walk along the spectacular beaches or just sit back and relax before sailing back to Pointe Jerome with a chilled drink in your hand.

The snorkeling was a lot of fun. The atmosphere on the boat was great with music and BBQ. The only things I would change are having more time at Ile Aux Cerfs. I felt like more time there would have made it better. Also another negative would be that I felt like I was overcharged for the transfer. The company should have told me that the meeting point was within walking distance from my hotel. No need to sit in a car for a 5-minute trip when I could just walk there.

Beautiful beaches and great lunch. Going around by speedboat was good because it offered the best opportunity to see more (as compared to a catamaran) although space is tighter. Snorkeling was a bit ordinary which is probably true over most of Mauritius. Lunch was generous and delicious, really enjoyed that as you have lunch along the beach. Our guide, Hans, was great as well. A bit on the expensive side but everything pretty much is in Mauritius.

Wow! This was the best day by far! Our guides went out of their way to make sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. When there weren't a lot of fish in one spot we were taken to a better spot and saw the most beautiful fish life while snorkeling. The tour was very relaxing and we had options to drink wine/coke/juice with rum while on the boat. The shipwreck history was very interesting. The picnic on the island was amazing, we loved the traditional mauritian food and we even got sweet pinapple afterwards. It was an experience to see the coral and fish through the glass bottom of the boat. We took many photos and gopro videos. Definitely an experience not to missed!

we really enjoyed the day on one boat of Oceane. the crew were awesome: very friendly, grilled a great meal for us and we got a lot of (alcoholic) drinks and snacks.

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful marine life, hundreds of fish while snorkelling. Delicious lunch & lots of drinks, we esp liked the homemade rum punch.
