    5. West Maui: Snorkel & Performance Sail with Lunch

Nobody knows the waters of Maui better than this local crew. Let them be your hosts as you explore and snorkel the incredible West Maui coast on Paragon. What’s your destination? Some local favorites are Olowalu, Honolua, and Mokuleia Bay, but the Captain will decide where the absolute best conditions are for the day. Depart Lahaina and head for the snorkel spot, usually about an hour away by boat. Spend some time snorkeling, viewing some of Maui’s most amazing underwater sea life.  Breakfast and lunch are provided, as well as all refreshments including local beer, wine, and Mai Tais. Tradewinds usually pick up in the afternoon, just in time for an exhilarating sail back to the harbor.

We sailed with Captain Justin and mates Matt and Harper. They were exceptional hosts on the Paragon. We traveled through a large group of spinner dolphins on our way out to the cove where we went snorkeling. The water was so clear you could easily see the bottom even in the deepest places. The number of fish and the variety was amazing! We ha a couple of nervous swimmers and the staff reassured us every step of the way. The sail back to the harbor was smooth and very fast! We would absolutely sail with Justin again!

It was a great trip! We got to see so much and our guide, Del, was awesome. He definitely made the trip so much better. If you get motion sickness easily, be prepared. The roads can make you nauseous. But in the end, it's worth it. You'll see so many great places. My personal favorite being the Black Sand Beach. Great views, great sand, being in the water is also fun. I definitely recommend doing a tour rather than driving it yourself. It's a much better experience.

The hike was a great time and our guide George was just excellent. It was a memorable time. Highly recommend this hike to anyone going to Maui.

What a fun adventure. Our guide Ran made the hike enjoyable and knowledgeable too. The waterfalls were beautiful.

John was GREAT! The tour was great! The turtles were great!

Loved our guide “Handsome”. Loved the adventure. Beautiful!
