We had booked the wine tour, our tour guide, Laurent, apparently decided without further ado to change it a bit. So we visited a "winery" in Provence (hotel with a beautiful park and wine sales) and the city of Aix en Provence (it was market day) and had us dropped off at the Vieux Port in Marseille. We really liked everything and our guide was very competent.

This tour was not what was advertised. Our guide did not take us to see the Cezanne mill and even expected us to pay for wine tastings after it was stated it was included in the tour. After calling the company this was amended and she paid for the wine tastings herself, however there was no planning in advance and our tasting was not booked by the company which meant we had a shortened version of the tasting experience. Although our guide was very friendly and prompt with timings, this tour is the same as booking a driver to take you to see vineyards. She had little knowledge of what the experience should have included (which seemed to be the fault of the company). Overpriced and not what was advertised.
