Your tour will begin with pick-up from your hotel in Marrakesh at 7:30AM, before you depart to Ait Benhaddou over the high Atlas Mountains. You will pass through the Tizi N’tichka pass (2260 meters), and visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, stopping for lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will drive to Ouarzazate and stop near the Atlas Film Studios for a photo, before continuing to the city center for a panoramic view of the Kasbah of Taourirt. Following this, you will head to Boumalne du Dades for your first night, having dinner at your hotel. The next day, drive through the Dades Valley and Todra Gorges, allowing you to explore the sights of this region. Lunch can be taken at any restaurant of your choosing on your way. Arrive at Merzouga, where you will meet your camel to take you to the Dunes of Erg Chebbi, where you will spend your second night at a Berber desert camp. After enjoying the amazing sunrise among the sand dunes and having breakfast, you will ride your camel back to where your driver will be waiting for you. You will be driven back to Marrakesh, with a few stops along the way. Sit down for lunch before you continue to the red city of Marrakesh, returning over the mountains of high Atlas passing through the Tizi N’tichka. Once back in Marrakesh, you will be dropped off at your local accommodation.

Day 1: You will be picked up at the meeting point at Cafe France in Jamaa El Fna square. First cross the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka Pass of the High Atlas mountains. Pass through many Berber villages, and once in the desert, see the riverside oasis and barren hillsides which are clustered with Kasbahs. After lunch, drive further to Zagora with beautiful views of the Draa Valley. You will arrive there at around 04:00 PM and after a short break, ride camels into the dunes where you will spend the night in Berber tents. After watching a beautiful sunset, enjoy a fantastic dinner. Day 2: After viewing the most beautiful sunrise and having breakfast at the camp site, ride the camels back to the auberge. Drive back to Marrakech, again via Tichka pass. You will then be dropped off near Jamaa El Fna square between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

This shared day-trip to the Ouzoud Waterfalls from Marrakech will start with a pick-up from your hotel or accommodation in the morning. From here you will venture out of town to visit the most beautiful and highest waterfalls in North Africa (about 100-meters high). Upon arrival, you will begin by enjoying a hike in the village of Ouzoud. Feel free to explore the area yourself or with a local guide, as you cross the green valley, shady orchards and traditional water mills. You will even be able to meet the Berbers living in the mountains. After you arrive at the huge waterfalls, you will be able to see the waterfalls falling back and forth, forming a panorama of magic and rainbows. At the foot of the waterfalls, lunch can be taken at leisure in one of the local cafes that serve delicious Tagines next to the stream, complete with beautiful views of the waterfalls. The excursion will start at 09:00 from Marrakesh and head to Ourika, a splendid valley with its fortified houses, inhabited by a Berber population who have maintained their customs and traditions intact through time. Your first stop will be an extraordinarily beautiful panoramic view of the green fields of vegetables and cereals, forage and of course, olives, which is a typical product of the valley.  Continue on to visit a real Berber house to see how Berbers are living today, where you will be offered a mint tea break. Afterwards, continue on your way and stop at the cooperative of argan oil where women hand crack the argan nuts and squeeze it between two special stones, a technique they've used for centuries. Then, drive off-road through a mountain road where a small walking trek will be recommended for 30 minutes for a chance to admire the beauty of the Atlas nature with its different colors and numerous villages where clay colored homes still stand after many centuries. Then, head to a small village called Sidi Fares located at an altitude of 1800 meters for lunch in a traditional Berber house looking out at the Atlas Mountain Toubkal with a height of 4167 meters also known as the highest peak in North Africa. Then, enjoy  a delicious taste of real Berber gastronomy with a menu of Berber tagine, couscous and fruits. Then, head back to Marrakesh via the Asni Valley and Tahnnaout village.

I had a great 2 day tour from Marrakech to Sahara desert. It was a very pleasant trip. The driver was very friendly and safe. Everyone at the camp was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend it , and plan to do it when I come back to Morocco. Thank you team!
