The quad biking experience was good but the tour staff were not great. When we arrived at the location, they didn't know we had a booking and were confused on what to do. After confirming our booking, we were given an extremely quick introduction to driving the quad bikes and on our way. In total we also only had two hours of driving although we paid for 3.

Crew was very nice, given liners for the helmets, tea stop was nice but nothing special. Blowing dust off everyone’s clothing at the end with an air compressor was a super nice touch - and felt great in the heat. Any mom’s worried about going - don’t! We are over 50, our boys loved it and my wife enjoyed her first time on a quad bike immensely! Shuttle driver from Marrakech was super nice and had an air conditioned van for six of us. We arranged at last minute after 9:30pm night before and all was handled smoothly. (Strongly recommend installing WhatsApp if you don’t have it for coordinating with local folks in Morocco!)

Great experience! Firstly, our driver picked us up from our riad at exactly 8.45am and walked us to our spacious minivan (plenty of legroom for my VERY tall partner). We were the first to arrive and so waited for the rest of our group under shelter. We then had the instructions explained to us in English and the others had it explained to them in Spanish. Very simple instructions for our first time on a quad bike. Just accelerate and brake when need. Safe and fun journey. I think it was 2 hours on the quad bike and we stopped for some mint tea made by a lovely family who just came to where we were sitting to pour our tea and offer us bread with olive oil. You ride in a line through the desert but we feel that we still had freedom to have fun even following in a line! Our leader stopped to let us take pictures twice which was the perfect amount. Would recommend the morning if going in summer months as it was getting very hot when we finished!
