We are very happy with our experience and our driver Hamada who picked us up from our hotel. He was very helpful and answered all questions we had. I went there with my mum and grandparents. The men who worked with he balloon helped my grandparents get in and out of the balloon basket by lifting them up. I truly recommend it!

An amazing experience. The driver picked us up on time. Great friendly team. Gave us croissants and tea before going on the hot air balloon. Explained safety rules for hot air balloon, the view was beautiful along with the sunrise. After the hot air balloon we had breakfast again and also received a certificate. The driver Saber a great guy, very friendly. Would recommend this very highly.

I HIGHLY recommend this experience! We weren’t sure what to expect since it was our first time in a hot air balloon and it was in DECEMBER. We thought it would be very cold in the balloon since mornings in Marrakesh are very chilly. We also thought it would be very bumpy and windy with our hair flying everywhere. Quite the contrary! It was incredibly calm and smooth during all phases of the flight - like drifting on a cloud. And, it was not windy at all because we were floating with the wind current, not against it (we traveled over 15km!). As for the temp issue, although it was very cold when we left, but the heat of the gas burners kept us warm and comfortable! Finally, we weren't sure how many other balloons would be in the sky when we went up, but seeing 20-30 or more balloons around us was AWESOME! Our pilot - a Swiss gentleman with 30 years of experience and speaks 5 languages was excellent! Totally putting us at ease! A highlight of our trip to Morocco!
