Marrakech Quad Bike Experience: Desert and Palmeraie
- Pickup available
- Duration: 2 hours
Tours of Marrakech's picturesque desert vary in length from a single afternoon to an adventurous five days. To help you pick the right option, here are some of the best things to do on each.
Enjoy a camel tour through Marrakech's rural palm groves, race over the dunes on a quad bike, or even do both! Either way, be sure to stop for tea at a traditional Berber village.
Take in the scenic delights en route to Zagora - among them Aït Benhaddou, an ancient city that has been the backdrop to Hollywood movies from "Lawrence of Arabia" to "Gladiator."
Trek out to the Sahara's famous windswept dunes at Erg Chebbi or Erg Chigaga, spotting wildlife by day and camping Bedouin-style beneath the stars at night.
From Aït Benhaddou, detour through Ouarzazate – "Door of the Desert" – and continue over the Atlas Mountains through the historic village of Tamgrout and Irqui National Park.
Take in all of the above and throw in hikes along the breathtaking Todgha and Dadès Gorges, as well as smaller pleasures like flamingo-watching and traditional music shows!

Our driver Said is really nice guide, knows a lot about country, local culture always nice to talk with, always on time. And we were lucky with berber camp - we got free update to glamping (tent with shower and huge bed). So desert is amazing, you know it yourself but take really warm clothes especially in January))
Wonderful trip, the guide was really good and gave as great information during the trip. The landscape was breathtaking. I would recommend this trip if you have few days in Morocco.
C’était vraiment bien on a prit le temps de bien parcourir la palmeraie avec de beaux points de vue ainsi qu’un guide à notre écoute.
Khalid was amazing. We had a great time, and would recommend the trip with this company again.
A must do, one of the best experiences I ever had. Recommend this, the personal was awesome.
