Avoid, avoid, avoid! This was the worst excursion I've ever been on in over 20 years of travelling. A 15 hour day and we only spent one hour in Safi, there was just a catalogue of issues from start to finish. The guide didn't really bother speaking to us, preferring to chat to his friends in Arabic and French. We were abandoned at midday for 3 hours in a random seaside village with nothing to do/see. Stopping again at 1600hrs for lunch?! Save your time, money and sanity. If you want to go to Safi you're better off paying for a cab.
