Our flight was delayed out Arizona caused us to miss our connecting flight to Madrid. I had already scheduled the tour, because of the delayed we arrived a day later. Original tour set for 1130hrs. There was no way we were going to make our tour in time. I called the number for the tour, spoke with a real person explained situation . We were re-booked for the evening tour , which turned out to be a great experience.
