Our originally booked tour time became unavailable and we were seamlessly transferred over to a sister-company tour operator so that we could keep our original time. The tour provided by the sister-operator was identical to the one we booked. Very happy with the excellent customer service!

We liked a lot. We thought it was more difficult to use the Segway, the children really enjoyed it. The monitors, great, very safe all the way and very interesting their explanations. A 10
