Even though our plane was delayed in arriving Jason was there waiting for us. Fortunately we were able to keep him informed via text messages. Once we had claimed our luggage it took just a little bit to figure out where exactly to meet him at the airport. Within just a matter of moments he successfully found us. It was such a welcomed benefit to have this transfer service set up in advance.

I booked & paid for a van but got an SUV. My driver was in the domestic terminal when I clearly placed the details with flight number. The reason why I booked a van even if we were only 4 people, we had a lot of luggage and we wanted extra space for all of us. But then we just had to squeeze in everything and it worked okay. Was just expecting to get what I requested for.

Tour was organized and covered the main highlights we were hoping to see. Our guide Donna was very helpful and patient, we didn’t feel rushed at the falls and were able to enjoy the day at our own pace. Good value for money compared to other options we looked up.

They are attentive and well mannered. You don't have to worry because they will asked for an update from you.. Will book again next time..
