Receive a safety briefing and introduction to diving as you prepare for your first underwater drive. Drive out to the stunning Cala Delta Bay situated in a beautiful nature reserve and a great spot for entering the ocean as a beginner diver.  After you have become familiar with the breathing techniques used, guided by qualified instructors, you will begin to carry out your first dive. In small groups of no more than 6 with at least 2 guides, begin your discovery of life below the surface. Spend up to 45 minutes exploring the tranquil underwater world and seeing a huge variety of marine wildlife.

The PADI Discover Scuba Diving program is a fun and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world. This 3-hour experience includes a basic lesson, some simple exercises in shallow water, and a dive to a maximum of 6 meters with a PADI instructor. The activity takes place in the Malgrats marine reserve, a 10-minute boat ride from the dive center. Your instructor will teach you the basics to ensure an enjoyable diving experience. With personalized attention throughout the activity, you’ll feel safe in the water at all times. After the paperwork, your instructor will explain the basics of scuba diving and fit you with equipment. Once on the boat, enjoy an in-depth tutorial of breathing and equalizing techniques, and how to move underwater. The exercises in shallow waters will help you get comfortable and enjoy this wonderful experience in the turquoise waters of the marine reserve.

Explore the unspoiled nature of Cala Varques on a guided hike in Mallorca, with hotel transfers included. Pass by partly tree-covered paths to the small caves of Es Caló Blanc. Dive into the turquoise waters or sunbathe on the secluded beach. Stop at Es Pontàs for photos on the way back. Learn useful techniques for mountain hiking from your guide and set out on your adventure. Gain insight into the local agriculture and traditional dry-stone walls. Uncover the history of this path and the challenges it has faced in recent years, as you get familiar with the local flora and fauna. Upon arrival in Cala Varques, enjoy 1.5 hours of free time to explore the white sand beach at your leisure. During the summer, you can take an excursion to Es Caló Blanc, where you can dive into a small underground cave and swim in its crystal-clear waters. Afterward, return to Cala Varques with your guide and head to the natural arch of Es Pontàs, and make a photo stop. End the hike at Cala Romantica before heading back to your hotel for the evening.
