Start the tour by boarding the catamaran at the inner part of the port, just below the old city of Mahon. As you set off, see the Spanish Navel Base, coves and inlets, mussel beds, and beautiful summer houses on the Northern side of the port. During the journey, listen to historical commentary as you learn about the English-American Cemetery, the Quarantine Islands of Flat, Lazareto Island, and the Fortress of Isabel II (La Mola) at the mouth of the port. When you reach the sheltered and clear waters of Es Clot de la Mola, outside the port, the boat will slow down.
