As we approached the Reina Sofia the external elevator stood out and the Museum gave out a really modern feel. Our visit was on the 1st November and as luck would have it there was a lecture on Guernica. Our guide, Raoul, was delightful, warm and made the whole history surrounding the painting fascinating and memorable. Many thanks to him and the Museum. The Jorg Immendorf exhibition was absorbing and in general the displays were sensitively exhibited. A pleasant surprise shortly after entering the Museum was the inner garden which added an attractive extra dimension. I shall look forward to another visit when next in Madrid. It's a stunning gallery architecturally and internally well set out with a lack of crowding in terms of the art. It was a memorable experience.

The Segway tour was amazing. The meeting point was easy to find and the little bit of training required to know what I was doing was simple and easy to follow. I really loved going around Madrid on the roads and cycle lanes to see all of the sights. My guide (sorry but I have totally forgotten his name) was really knowledgeable and friendly and spoke perfect English. I got to see lots of amazing places in the city and through the park. I am definitely going to sign up for Segway tours when I visit other cities now.

We were very pleased with everything except that we had expected the lecture about each of the locations to be longer than 2 - 3 minutes. We suggest you add the words "very brief" to your on-line description of what's included in the tour or lengthen the talk.

The museum itself is laid out in a bit of a confusing way, but it was great to have a skip-the-line entry ticket and to just be able to walk in. A must-visit for modern art fans in Madrids!

Easy to find. Love the glass elevators on the outside of the building. Very interesting art. Great restaurant.
