- You will be picked up at your accommodation at 4:30 am. You will then be driven to the starting point of the balloon safari. we pick up from any accommodation in Masai Mara. Please confirm where you are staying and we will collect you for the adventure. We dont pick from Lodge or camp in the far west areas of Mara West Camp, Mara Serena Safari Lodge and Neptune Mara Rianta Luxury Camp because they are very far from the Hot Air Balloon departure point

- The activity is not wheelchair accessible as you have to climb over the rim to get into the balloon basket
- There are no height or weight restrictions
- Daily departures are ensured
- The small balloon allows a maximum of 8 people and the big balloon allows a maximum of 15 people
- The night before your hot air balloon safari, a representative will visit you at your accommodation to provide a full briefing
