Zeinab and Nice tours was unbelievable helpfully, always available, even late night to anwser our questions and problems when we lost our fligth to Aswan. They offer us one aditional nigth on the tour. The tour in general very nice stage, nice rooms and facilities, nice guides and visits, food OK for this kind of buffet. Alcoolic cocktails and wine not good. We have a bizarre situation with waiters on the diner time. One of them inquire us, with rude modes, about tip amount (100 EGP). We left the ship as soon as we arrived Luxor.

The tour to Abu Simbel was very welll planned, the driver arrived perfectly on time and the van was clean, new, with air conditioning. The guides were generally professional. The cruise was relaxing although the ship was not the newest. Anand needed some refurbishment. Zein an was always keeping in touch and made sure everything worked smoothly.
