    Start with pickup from your hotel and travel by tuk tuk to Lunuganga, the Geoffrey Bawa Country Estate, which is located on the shores of Dedduwa Lake. Learn more about the life and architectural designs of Geoffrey Bawa on a guided tour of his former residence.

    Discover more about the history behind each building, monument, pot, and statue that you will see. Hear about Bawa's development of the estate over 40 years. Then, take a short break to enjoy a cup of Ceylon tea or coffee. Then explore the Brief Garden located a short distance away. Developed over a period of fifteen years by Bevis Bawa, a well-known Sri Lankan artist and the elder brother of famed architect, the garden is aesthetically laid out on five acres of land and is noted for its lush vegetation.

    See a wide variety of tropical trees, plants, and sculptures that are spread across the lush grounds. After completing the second portion of the tour, relax on the journey back to your hotel.
