The staff was super friendly, although understaffed, they were all courteous, solution-oriented (allergies) and very committed. Great team. The food has nothing to do with "gourmet". The salad and the dessert was very fine, also beautifully presented. The main course, "Strogonof" with rice that day, wasn't anything special.

This is a wonderful activity to do while in Lucerne — the food was great and the sights even better! In first class you have access to walk outside as well, but lunch is served indoors. I would highly recommend if you are only in Lucerne for a day or two to do this lunch cruise!

Adrian was a wonderful tour guide. We saw everything on the walking tour and he had great local insights. The boat trip was a great way to end the day and I appreciated Adrian’s direction to be sure we had good seats!

Boat is well appointed and extremely clean. The boat is such that you don't even feel you're moving

Perfect welcome. Perfect service. Succulent menu. No complaints. Thank you for this moment :-)
