Stefano was extremely knowledgeable about the area, buildings in Pisa, and Lucca and genuinely seemed to love the area. He helped us with tickets to Pisa and which route and how much time to take. He then took us to a leisurely day in Lucca. He knew the bike rental. shop and directed us to bike the wall which was great and easy. A highlight of the trip. He accommodated our requests to stop for liquor and wine/oil and took us to a great reserved restaurant and even recommended menu items. Well organized. Booked the day itself without any problems. Very nice cheerful and enthusiastic guide who told a lot of interesting information about the city. Nice way to see all the squares and sights. Goes at a leisurely pace and the walk is not a long distance, so I think it's also good for people who have less mobility. Optional entrance into the cathedral with an explanation of the most important works there (short but very interesting and just long enough). Afterwards, you can even cycle over the city walls of Lucca, which is also highly recommended!

Lucca is a beautiful city! Roberta is a very experienced tour guide and knows her city extremely well. We spent entertaining 2h with her. As she is doing the tour in English and Italian at the same time I highly appreciated how she did it. Majority of the group was English. So when we stopped explanations were in Englisch, while she did the Italian explanations while walking from point to point.

We really enjoyed walking around the city and learning it's history. Our guide Lucia was pleasant and friendly, she answered all our questions and gave the tour her personal touch.

Great experience. The kind lady took us around the beautiful Lucca. I really recommend it. Also good price.

The guide was experienced lady with good knowledge of italian history.
