On day 1 of my Florence trip, I spent my day with this lovely Masini family, Antonietta, her husband Pietro, and their lovely and warm-hearted English-speaking friend Monica. Loved every second of my time talking to them, sharing their space, their lovely home and a gorgeous spread of a 4-course meal. We interacted on cultures and their similarities, how love brings people together, food gets them closer. I don't know where the time flew. With much love and gratitude.

The Cesarina, her husband and the translator were all very gracious. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere at their home was delightful. Even through the translator, conversation was easy and we learned much about the host family, Italian culture and the Cesarina’s amazing culinary skills. Transportation to our host’s home was made easy by being picked up at a location nearby and convenient to us.

Antonietta made us feel welcome. We made bruschetta, tiramusi and pasta together. She doesn't speak English, so there was a translator. When we were done cooking, we had a really nice dinner together with her family and some friends. It was special, because we were invited in her family's home and to be surrounded with Italians. It was a nice local experience and the food was good.

Kind of expensive but super enjoyable the guide was super char, ing and made the whole experience super enjoyable, it was about 1 hrs long ride but it felt like it went so fast, super peaceful and enjoyable gotta do it here the view in Italy is amazing

It was a true Italian dining experience. From the welcome at the door to the final goodbye I felt the warmth of a family who enjoyed my company as much as I enjoyed theirs.
