Private Sekumpul Waterfall Hiking Tour

1. Private Sekumpul Waterfall Hiking Tour

Following pick-up from your hotel at 07:00, journey to a coffee plantation in the lush landscapes of Bali and learn how the local kopi luwak is produced. Known for its high price due to the unusual method of using beans digested by the Indonesian civet (a cat-like mammal), the result is often referred to as "cat poop coffee." Taste some of the curious brew, along with tea products produced in the region. All tastings are complimentary, except for the luwak coffee, which is at your own expense (around US$5 per cup). Then, head to the start point of your trek at approximately 10:30. Walk down a small path with hundreds of steps and get stunning views of the lush green jungle surroundings. Admire a waterfall in the distance as it falls through the dense forest in 6 cascades. Walk up to the waterfall to see the fresh water tumbling from heights of 260 feet (80 meters). Then, recharge over lunch at a local restaurant at the end of your trek. Continue to Ulun Danu Temple (Pura Ulun Danu Beratan) to see the reflections of the sacred Hindu monument, dedicated to Shiva, shimmering in the waters of Lake Beratan. Return to your hotel at around 16:00 and get dropped off at the end of the tour services.

Bali: Lovina Beach and Bedugul Mountain Private Tour

2. Bali: Lovina Beach and Bedugul Mountain Private Tour

Journey into rural Bali and breathe in the rejuvenating air of the countryside as you travel the entire length of the island. Led by your private tour guide, travel through the central mountains to Singaraja and Lovina beach, situated on the north coast. As you travel through the mountain landscape note the way the landscape drastically changes. See cabbages, maize, and potatoes, and then higher still take in views of an alpine landscape with mosses, ferns, and creepers. Stop-off at Candi Kuning fruit and flower market with its exotic wild orchids, romantic roses, and strawberries. Visit Bedugul, an attractive mountain resort located 850 meters above sea level. Here you will find the serene Lake Beratan, a natural wonder whose water fills the ancient crater of Mount Batukaru. Stop for a walk through tropical rainforest to see the tumbling Gitgit waterfall. The sight and sound of the fall creates an energetic and fresh atmosphere. You will also visit Singaraja, Bali’s former capital. Singaraja lies on the north coast of Bali, and just along the coast towards Lovina a dramatic black sand beach is to be found. This is a relaxing and informative private tour, perfect for inquisitive minds and nature lovers wanting to see the lesser-known parts of the island.

Lovina: Sunrise Dolphin Watching Small Group Tour

3. Lovina: Sunrise Dolphin Watching Small Group Tour

Spend a morning with the ocean’s most joyful creatures on a memorable sunrise dolphin watching tour. Capture striking photos of the sun creeping up from the horizon and glimpse dolphins break the waves as they swim in their pods.  Start with a very early wakeup at 3 AM. This is because dolphins are most active in the early morning. The experienced guide knows the habits and patterns of the dolphins inside out, meaning you’ll have the best possible chance of viewing them in their natural habitat. After your traditional Balinese boat tour, stop for a spot of breakfast before continuing to one of Bali’s most iconic spots. Handara Gate is a fantastic alternative to the popular Gates of Heaven, which usually has a 2-hour queue for photos. These equally attractive gates are a hidden gem, thought by the Balinese to separate the spiritual and physical world.

What people are saying about Lovina

The pickup was on time. We drove about 2h 20min after that there was coffee and at 6 o'clock it started. Drive out a bit and there were many dolphins. After breakfast and then off to the gates. Our guide Tawan was very friendly and could speak English. It wasn't a problem if you wanted to stop somewhere. There is also a lot to see on the way from Bali.

We had a great day with our driver Pande. Spent around 4 hours at the waterfalls- They were amazing - don’t miss out on going it’s worth it!!! Pande then took us to the Ulun Danu Temple after the waterfalls. He was very helpful and informative throughout the day and made the experience a great one. Highly recommended...

My driver, Teddy, was wonderful. knowing I havent eaten breakfast for a 7 am pick up, he offered on many occasions to stop and get food. Pina, my guide to the waterfalls was extremely engaging and wholesome. I mistakenly booked a private tour for myself and felt very comfortable and welcomed.
