From Sfakia you can easily explore the south coast all the way along to Agia Roumeli (village at the end of Samaria gorge, no roads!) and also the remote and beautiful beaches and villages (Agios Pavlos, Marmara marble beach, Loutro fishing village again no roads!), Sweet water 'Glyka Nera' beach and Illingas beach - the options are many, you will not get bored!
