What people are saying about London

Overall rating

I visited with my friend who uses an electric wheelchair. The staff were amazingly proactive in approaches him and asking what they could do to make his visit easier. They even apologised that lots of the tower would be inaccessible due to its age, which of course we understood! They said that to make up for this we wouldn’t have to queue for the Crown Jewels exhibition. Every member of staff we came across was absent amazing and made our day out very special.

The tour guide was so informative and funny - making it fascinating to be told all the facts as we passed the many landmarks. I honestly think his cockney commentary made the trip!! In one tour - we got to see and learn so much about London. Thankfully we had lovely weather and we all thoroughly enjoyed our excursion to Greenwich.

Alex was very entertaining indeed, he was able to hold everyones attention and allowed just the right amount of time to take photos and answer questions before moving along to the next 'stop' of the tour.

Comfortable environment, reasonable range of food, we were there for breakfast.

Absolutely amazing experience and well worth doing the tour.
