Highly recommend this tour! The Group was small and personal (8 people per group). We were all very well taken care of throughout the whole time. Having a guided tour also meant we didn't have to wait in line for any of the sites and we got to see and hear several extra behind the scenes props which wasn't available to those on an audio guide tour. Juliette was our guide and she was fantastic! I was there for close to 7 hours and it flew by!

Trains were on strike so they arranged for a mini bus. Tour itself was amazing and am so glad I did that, unfortunately because the trains were on strike the bus back departed an hour after the tour or you had to arrange (and pay) for your own way back so the “choose when you go back to london yourself” part wasn’t a thing, because of that there was hardly any time to go back through your favorite parts and no time to eat or giftshop after. The line for the giftshop was also very long and (I had 15 min left before the bus left) took far to long so I had to abandon it after maybe 1/5th in order to make the bus. The studio was awsome and will definitely come back, could have spend a lot longer there if given the time, though I will definitely be arranging my own transport there and back as there is a free shuttle to the train station that is super easy to find and use.

It was magical. I'm so excited. Everything went as planned and we were picked up from Euston and went to the studios together with the guide. When we arrived we went straight in without waiting and a driver from the WB was waiting for us. The group consisted of 8 people. Our guide from the Warner Bros was called Ines, she is so nice, you can tell that she loves her job and Harry Potter. During the tour, she also gave us time to take photos and look at everything carefully, while also telling interesting information about the shooting. During the tour there is also a 1 hour break where you can eat. After the whole tour, it worked without any problems that we were allowed to enter the studios again and could stay as long as we wanted. We were in the studios from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. I could take photos anywhere. After that we are relaxed with the train tickets we received back to London. Everything very well organized.
