Your guide will pick you up from your hotel and walk you to 221B Baker Street, the famous fictional address of Holmes, and now home to the Sherlock Holmes Museum. Now protected as a place of "special architectural and historical interest,” the handsome house includes a 1st floor study that has been faithfully maintained to depict the Victorian era. Pop into the next door Sherlock Holmes Store to purchase Sherlock memorabilia, and continue to locations in Central London used to recreate the Victorian atmosphere in the hit BBC series. Your guide can take you to Russell Square to show you where John Watson met the old friend that would change his life forever, or go to New Scotland Yard, headquarters of the Metropolitan Police on historic Whitehall. You will also see the spot where Sherlock jumps (or falls) to his "death" in the “Sherlock” cliffhanger episode “The Reichenbach Fall.”

    The tour was wonferful and kept all its promises. Our guide was very friendly and explained everything very good so that also non native speaker had the chance to understand everything. It gets one star less because we waited quite some time for the museum. But nevertheless it was a beautiful day and we're glad we booked the tour!

    We had an amazing day with Stephen on the Sherlock tour. He showed us not only the sites of Sherlock (both Basil and Benedict eras) but also the inner sites of London that you would not see on any other tour. If you are prepared for 4 hours of amazing sites and informative insights on Sherlock then this trip is a MUST. Stephen was incredible and gave us a day that we will never forget. he considered our needs and anticipated our wants and suggested alternatives. Not only is this tour for Sherlock fans but also for anyone who want to see the living history of London. We will definitely take more tours with Stephen. Can highly recommend him to anyone who would ever consider tours of London. My only regret is that I did not know that he also did tours of Hampton Court which we did the previous day as it would have been the icing on the cake to have experienced that through his knowledgeable eyes. The trip with Stephen and Sherlock, although done short notice made our weekend FABULOUS
