Booking to experience went perfect. We was a bit confused to were we should Change our tickets, but no need to worry, the guide showed up with a list of all our names on it. The guide was Ana, and the driver was Carlos. They did a Very Good job of driving and guiding us. Ana was Very funny and had lots of interesting Things to tell. Highly recommend this tour!

Great tour of the main attractions of London in the evening. Due to the different lighting, everything has a very special charm. The driver was super nice and had a lot of interesting information (in English). Everything worked out great. In cooler weather, be sure to wear thick clothing as you sit on the open upper deck.

Booked this trip months before our visit for the 7pm tour. Got to the meeting point 45mins before ( don't like to be late) and no 7pm bus turned up. Myself and others had booked the 7pm and to cut a long story short, we all got on the 8pm tour. The tour is a great way to see London in all it's glory and to be honest it was better going at 8pm as all of London was lit up. The commentary was very informative from our guide. Would highly recommend even with the hiccup with the times.
