Everything went well, except representative, who met us in front of Marriott. Rude, no answers, gave us tickets and just run away. So we didn't know how to rich our boat and bus. Good we booked time for London Eye. That representative was absolutely USELESS.

collecting the ticket was so much easier than I thought at the meeting point, We collected our ticket around 1pm had only two time slots left for the day for London eye so better to collect your ticket early if you can so you'll have plenty of time options to choose from.

I enjoyed all three and that they were a packaged deal. The cruise was a one way. That’s not bad per say but definitely need to know that upfront, so you can plan when to get off or to upgrade for a a round trip. There are multiple bus companies and the Big Bus seemed slower and late compared to other buses.
