Full description
Travel by bus to get a panoramic tour of West End and the City of London. Highlights include a drive past the Palace of Westminster where you can see Big Ben. From West End, your tour continues to the magnificent Saint Paul’s Cathedral. The cathedral was built by Sir Christopher Wren in the 17th century and soon became an iconic London landmark. Situated on top of Ludgate Hill, the cathedral was one of London's tallest buildings until the 1960s. On Sundays, due to Church services, there is no guiding inside St Paul’s Cathedral. After exploring Saint Paul’s Cathedral, your tour continues to Buckingham Palace. Buckingham Palace is well-known for its un-smiling guards in red tunics and bearskins. Days when the changing of the guard occurs, your guide will take you up to the gate to witness the famous ceremony. On days when the ceremony does not take place, your guide will take you to view the Horse Guards Parade, a different traditional ceremony. On the River Thames Boat ride, you'll get the chance to view London's panoramic skyline, seeing many attractions such as: Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast, Tate Modern and the London Eye. Finish the tour at approximately 12:30 and enjoy a boat ride towards Embankment Pier.

Great tour

Tour of City and St Paul's was good but arrangements to get to the boat was left to shoddy. I had to try to arrange a taxi to get to departure point and the driver took us to the boat company offices which was 1 hour drive, wrong place ....then took tube back to London Eye departure point to eventually get on board. Cost us extra -for bad tour planning by organiser.Boat tour was just a public Water taxi -itself was good .

Organization at the meeting point chaotic and hectic, tour guide gave the impression not to be in the mood. At St. Pauls there was no way to get an audio guide, not even for an extra fee.
