Really enjoyable tour. Our guide Raymond was great!! He took time to get to know his group using nationalities & linking in football teams. Very clever way to break the ice!! He was informative & entertaining. He engaged well with those who had children & made us feel special by taking the time to answer our questions. Thoroughly enjoyable visit even in the rain!!

    Excellent.

You get to spend time by the pitch, in the dressing rooms and the press room. Our guide, Leonard, was a proper Chelsea fan. Very informative and you could tell he genuinely enjoyed doing the tours. If you're a Chelsea fan or even just like football it's well worth the money. Also got museum access with ticket which is worth taking the time to visit.

Excellent time, grandson and I, 63years apart, thoroughly enjoyed it.

My grandson (Joe) and I went on a very hot summers morning. It was my present for his 8th birthday. As soon as we got there everyone, including the security at the gates, the ticket office staff, the guide etc. where very friendly and hospitable. The pictures round the stadium were fantastic and the tour was excellent, giving us some idea of what went on every week. After the tour we spent almost an hour in the museum looking at the memorabilia, trying a lot of the interactive machines and having a kick in the target range (Joe not me). The highlight for me was seeing the Peter Osgood statute, (I met him years ago) and for Joe, sitting in Eden Hazard's place in the changing room. A lovely morning!
